Rescue Ink are not acting for or on behalf of either you, our vendors, or our advertisers. You and our vendors and advertisers are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer/employee, or franchiser/franchisee relationship is intended or created by this User Agreement between Rescue Ink, Inc. and Rescue Ink Productions, LLC, and their affiliates or subsidiaries, and either you or any vendor or advertiser at this site.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

RESCUE INK PROVIDE THIS WEB SITE AND THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES ON OR THROUGH IT "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
